Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour cake

1 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp unsweetened cacao

1/2 cup butter, softened

3/4 cup superfine sugar

2 eggs,lightly beaten

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp red food coloring liquid

Cream

3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 tsp of vanilla extract

2 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar

1-2 tbsp milk

Direction

preheat the oven to 350 f (180 c). put 12 paper liner in the cupcake tray
in a larger bowl using an electric mixer; cream together butter and sugar until light,creamy and fluffy; Add the egg one at the time. Beat in the buttermilk,vanilla extract and the red food coloring liquid
In another bowl shit the dry ingredients together
add the dry ingredient to the batter and fold it in
bake for 18-20 min or until a toothpick insert in the center comes out clean
Remove From the tray and let cool
frosting: in a clean bowl: place the butter and vanilla extract in a large bowl and using the electric mixer, beat the butter until very smooth
Gradually, shit in the confectioner sugar, beating well after each addition _ the more you beat it the lighter and fluffier it will be!!
beat in the milk – cover four an hour, at room temperature before using – And you can add food coloring
