  • Whipping cream

1 cup heavy cream

Syrup Meringue
7 tbsp (100 ml) water

2 1/2 cups (500 g) sugar

4 aged egg whites

for the meringue, heat the water and 2 cups (400 g) of sugar to 250 F (121 c). while the sugar syrup heats, begin to beat the egg white with the remaining sugar. Add the Syrup slowly drizzle into the stiff egg whites.Continue beating until the meringue cool
Melted chocolate (in the microwave, in the oven or hob)
Buttercream
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 tsp of vanilla extract

2 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar

1-2 tbsp milk

make the cream by placing the butter and vanilla extract in a large bowl and using the electric mixer, beat the butter until very smooth
Gradually, shit in the confectioner sugar, beating well after each addition _ the more you beat it the lighter and fluffier it will be!!
beat in the milk – cover four an hour, at room temperature before using – And you can add food coloring
Royal icing
2 tbsp egg white

1 1/4 cup shifted confectioners’ sugar
2 tsp of lemon juice

Beat ( thirty second) the egg whites until it become frothy. Add the confectioners’ sugar gradually on medium speed, until the batter is stiff and stands up in peaks when the beater is lifted. – Add the lemon while beating, if you you re using it very soon
Chocolate ganache
1 cup (150 g) chocolate chips

1 cup heavy cream
Direction
Finely chop the chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan do not boil – just before the boiling point pour on the chocolate and stir until it’s all melted
